Pretty Patterns

I spotted this fashion editorial with Dakota Fanning, yes that Dakota Fanningawhile ago and it made my jaw drop.

Not only was I amazed at how grown up she is now, but I was loving the beautiful pattern combinations in her looks. Being a pattern-phobe myself, I doubt I could ever be so brave with my fashion. My housewares, on the other hand, are a completely different story.

  1. Ahh! Only 20 days left–yikes. I cannot believe that is her. And those pillows are very warm and lovely.

  2. I adore all of these, but am especially fond of the pink ribbon skirt as I'm wearing it at the moment. My version looks a bit different with a black turtleneck, black tights and boots. My sister calls this my tutu skirt. Just feels so feminine and fun!

  3. Fabulous pairings- her looks are amazing and she really has grown up well! :)

  4. What an amazing actress she is! I can't believe how lovely she has grown up to be…that first ensemble + pillow is my fav. Great colors and such a fun pattern.

  5. Wow! good job on the pairing. i am a fan of Dakota's and it pleases me to see that she is not like other young stars. wish her the best always.
