Man of Style: {Uncle Beefy}

I’ve got a Friday bonus for you luvies – our next Man of Style! And I must say, he’s a fave of mine. Pretty much the best things since sliced bread really. If you don’t already know Uncle Beefy, of The Bedlam of Beefy, what rock have you been hiding under?! I take great pleasure in the thought of introducing even one new person to this very dapper gent, who’s no slouch with a cupcake either. I’m quite confident you’re going to be as smitten with him as I am!

Let’s just say I can cancel that appointment with my therapist to discuss my self-esteem issues. In other words, I’m thrilled and feelin’ mighty special! I don’t know about you but here in the Pacific Northwest we have been having ridiculously fantastic fall weather. Ridiculous! Cool crisp mornings, warm and sunny afternoons, cascading leaves outside my office window, and moments here and there of the most glorious casting of pink light at dusk. Did I mention that I’m actually a blogger and not a meteorologist? Sorry. I get distracted. But my point is that it has really ramped up that autumnal spirit and has me envisioning a cozy woodland hideaway. Doesn’t that sound like perfection? See! I knew you’d agree! I think we’re going to get along just fine, you and me.

This time of year kinda gets my inner lumberjack going. Did you hear that? The rush of more than a few eyes rolling into the back of people’s heads followed by the exclamation, “Lumberjack?!!” Whatever. I can get down and dirty in a plaid shirt when I want to. ‘Get down’ being dancing, ‘dirty’ as in martini. But why split hairs? The thing is, I love me some woodsy rustic combined with some modern edge.
