We’re bringing you another exclusive from NYFW today, a peek into the FW 2013 Joie Presentation!
I’ve long loved Joie for their basics. My closet is packed with their classic silk tees. So I was thrilled when we got to see what they had in store for fall. They certainly did not disappoint.
The collection presented a fashion forward twist on preppy separates. While the pieces could appear sweet at first glance, the addition of leather jackets and strong prints gave the looks a downtown edge. This Joie girl might have bows on her shoes, but she is not to be trifled with.
I like.
That bomber that transitions from houndstooth to a cheetah print {above}?? So swoon worthy.
The only bad thing about the fall shows is the waiting game! I hate being left coveting pieces that we’ll have to wait months before we see.
Thankfully, Joie does have a number of stellar options on their website from current collections. I’m a particularly huge fan of their shoe line.
While I may be forced to wait – impatiently! – for my leather bomber, those Bright Fire Booties {on sale!} can tide me over. I’d like them to get in my closet right this minute, thank you very much!
