Living in San Francisco, you have to have a collection of good scarves at the ready; the wind can pick up or the fog roll in at a moment’s notice. So when my friend, and lovely lady behind Fashion Loves People, Janette Crawford happened to mention to me that she’d designed a scarf of her own I was immediately intrigued.
I was over the moon and totally inspired when I heard that Janette’s design, the Genet Scarf, was actually a product of the ONE Campaign and fashionABLE’s latest partnership and that it was selected from over 60 submissions by the Alt Summit Community. The handwoven Mother’s Day scarf is being sold by ONE would in order to highlight the powerful role women play in alleviating extreme poverty.
You can pre-order your Genet Scarf until April 22 to get one in time for Mother’s Day. You just better not beat me to it!
