Tasty Tuesday: Eating Color-Full-Y!

We’ve been talking a lot lately about how much we’re obsessed with the “new” neutral color palette for spring. When it comes to fashion and design we clearly stay in our lane, but we can’t help but get giddy about color in the grocery store!

From fresh asparagus and carrots, to artichokes and radishes, beautiful color-filled produce is bountiful this time of year. We couldn’t help but notice, we aren’t the only ones inspired by nature’s color story. People on Pinterest are plating up some amazing produce-filled salads that surely taste as bright as they look!

Prove to yourself that you can do more than roast your carrots or squash with this equally easy Seared Radicchio Pecorino Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Apples! Yum. Can you imagine the bite of sweet and crunchy, salty and caramelized on this plate?

  1. my husaband and I live off salad every night. it has been our go-to for years! We do feta, baby arugula, red onion, avocado, some type of protein (usually grilled salmon on top). IT IS THE BEST and super easy.
