Hi Friends – Welcome to 2015! Today is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Who’s feeling inspired to write a good one??

I’m certainly feeling very optimistic about what lies ahead. But if you’re feeling a little New Year’s Resolution fatigue I’ve rounded up a bunch of thoughts that just might kick-start your motivation to start the year on the right foot.

> Six things highly productive people do everyday? Going to try to add at least one to my routine and see what it does!

> Why being eccentric is actually awesome for your creativity.

> Being hyper-productive calls for mid-day workouts and even naps?? Where do I sign up?!

> I love the idea of starting the year with intentions instead of goals. My favorite from this piece: pay it forward.

> Chilling out could be the secret to succes? I’m more than willing to give it a try.

> How to get over the proverbial wall {cuz no matter how strong our New Year’s motivations, the dang thing does seem to suddenly smack us in the face}

And a few practical ideas you can tackle while the football is on this weekend…

> The tried and true way for a clothes horse to clean out your closet {I’m SO doing this}

> Five super simple ways to start decluttering in less than 15 minutes.

> Make making lists way more fun with these awesome notepads. My fave? The Get Focused Post-it!

  2. These are so helpful! One of the things on the top of my list for this month is to declutter my closet and start donating and selling items I no longer wear.

    Nice to find another SF blogger (: I recently moved to the area!

  3. This is the first year in a very long time I did not conjure up any new year resolutions. I feel instead that I must promise myself for reality checks routinely throughout the year. The links you have provided are very helpful for these “wake-up” moments! Thanks!
