If you’re in the mood for a day of shopping in San Francisco, one of the cutest boutiques and first places you should stop by is Mill Mercantile. Thanks to Mill, women can shop a curated collection of classic pieces made with some of the highest quality and craftsmanship that is often only found in menswear. Mill searches the world high and low for only the best independent designers to carry. Their thoughts on style? “If it’s good enough for him, it might be even better for her.” Sounds like my type of store!

Everything in Mill is gorgeous. I fell in love with their oversized tote bag collection before I even walked in – the mannequin in the window was workin’ it! I couldn’t decide which bag I loved more. Typical shopping-lover’s dilemma.

Along with soft weaves and beautifully detailed pieces of clothing, Mill also has a fun selection of housewares {specifically, some great, minimal Japanese designs!} and wonderful beauty products – perfect to treat yourself or a friend. The perfumes smell heavenly and the lotions are luxurious. I especially like their signature scented candle that you can get here.

Everyone’s favorite part of the store? The shoe section, obviously! Mill has a fabulous selection of brands that you can’t find anywhere else in the city. I had to get the navy suede Dieppa Restrepo loafers. I’m on a mission to give my feet a little rest from heels and these shoes make it so easy!

Mill is a must try for all the wardrobe essentials – crisp button downs, dark wash denim, cozy scarves and wooly fisherman’s sweaters. It’s the perfect spot to stock up on basics that have personality for days.

I hope you get a chance to swing by Noe Valley and check out Mill Mercantile one of these days. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed in what you discover inside. Plus, you’ll have such a great shopping experience – the ladies of the store are so sweet. Be sure to tell them I say hi!

If you just can’t wait to make it into the store, you can shop Mill Mercantile online here!
