Just before the holiday, we shared the recipe for the Apartment 34 Sparkler – our 2015 signature cocktail. It’s a pretty fantastic little sip if we do say so ourselves. But if a single signature drink isn’t your thing, I’ve got another option for you to have in your arsenal for New Year’s Eve. Or Tuesdays.

A champagne cocktail variation with the bite of spice from the cinnamon and the dramatic bubbles from the sugar cube, this sweet sip will wow. Know one has to know how stinking simple it is!

ABSOLUT House Party

Ingredients
1.5oz Absolut
1oz cinnamon liqueur
3oz champagne

Directions
Keep Absolut and cinnamon liqueur in the freezer. Once thoroughly chilled, pour all ingredients into a champagne flute. Garnish with a sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters.
