Most home owners can probably attest to falling victim to this dark hole: dreaming of all the things you can’t afford in your new house- like, universally-coveted marble countertops! Oh, what to give to be able to just trot down to the marble yard, point to the vein-iest Carrara slab they have and say, “that one!”…*wakes up from dream.* While highly impractical dream kitchen will have to wait, luckily there are some marvelous marble accessories to keep one satiated…at least, until you scroll through Pinterest and find yourself staring at inspiration that looks like THIS. Oy.

Let’s talk about how amazing this super fab marble-topped side table is and let’s talk about the fact that it is ON SALE. Also, if you can’t buy the real thing, we say, faux it with these gorgeously crafted ceramic serving boards. And who else is ob-sessed with this cute gold-plated bar set, atop it’s own adorable marble slab?! Yes, please.

  1. Hah, this post is so appropriate today since I just shared my new “marble” kitchen on my blog. I’m def a lover of marble…although I think some of this takes it to the extreme! I could see myself rocking that iphone case though.

  2. I love your post. I also wrote one the other day about marble!
I have decided that it’s not practical to have Carrara in my kitchen as a lover of cooking curries and red wine!
But I am having some in my master bath, plus a few well chosen accessories.
As I live near Carrara in Italy it would be rude not to have a small piece, don’t you think?
I especially like you choices of the side table, candle holders, iphone cover and clutch (well I love it all of it really. I’m slightly marble obsessed lately)!
Thank you, for making my day!
